Witan Jardine has been accredited with the Investors In People Award since 1997 and we pride ourselves on providing ongoing learning programmes for all our people.
We promote a learning culture and have an in-house training team available to offer bespoke courses, one to one coaching, advice and support on your development. Everyone joining us attends an Induction course tailored towards their specific role.
Courses are available in communication and presentations skills, personal effectiveness and time management, sales and negotiation skills, teambuilding, IT and software skills, leadership and management development programmes to name a few.
