You will be joining this highly regarded and highly skilled documentation team. You will be responsible for all documentation for your own counterparties, as well as assisting the manager in overseeing the team.

Your main duties will include verbally confirming all trades, chasing paper confirmations, checking incoming confirmations and confirming trades in DTCC. You will also get involved in some drafting and extensive negotiation on the buy side.

In this position you will be asked to resolve queries with counterparties and front office and assist junior members of the team with any questions. This is an environment that allows you complete visibility of the whole trading life cycle with direct contact with front office, middle office and operations and clients. In order to succeed in this role you will have extensive experience of documentation with both credit derivatives and equity derivatives. Good working knowledge of DTCC will be a great advantage. You must be able to adapt to a very varied role that will also provide you with responsibility within the team. Excellent communication skills and organisational skills are a prerequisite.
