• Strong emphasis on preparing and reviewing of sub-consolidations for investors.

This is a challenging opportunity to join a UK leading business, which is looking for a talented individual to make a positive contribution to the finance team and widen their business and commercial acumen.

Sole responsibility for a portfolio of investments, including those established as joint ventures, partnerships and unit trusts. You will primarily be responsible for the preparation and review of financial and management information for various stakeholders. Reviewing tax returns and managing outsourced finance teams and external auditors. You will also have the opportunity to undertake financial due diligence for potential investments.

Ideally, you will be ACA or ACCA qualified and have gained experience within a property fund management environment, strong consolidations and UK tax experience. You will be a highly motivated and committed individual with exceptional communication, interpersonal skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
