• A highly regarded, top tier asset manager requires a Performance Relationship Manager.
• Take responsibility for the management of institutional client relationships and the outsourced performance and attribution providers.
• Play a high profile role within the organisation working alongside the Head of Client Performance and Client Servicing.

As the Performance Relationship Manager for institutional services, you will manage relationships and work with key stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure the delivery of a first class service in regards to performance analytics (you do not have to do any Performance Calculations). You will be responsible for managing relationships both internally and externally for institutional businesses (top tier, premier asset managers) to ensure that high quality levels of client service are delivered consistently and effectively and that internal stakeholders are confident in the service being provided.

You must have had exposure to performance analytics and have extensive client services/client relationship management experience derived from either an asset manager or custodian. You will be able to demonstrate evidence of relationship management within a performance background and have the ability to build and manage effective client relationships. Your experience will cover the management and resolution of client issues and are able to demonstrate strong customer focus.
