You will work with the Accounts Manager, the Expenditure Manager and the Banking and Variable Rent Accounting Manager to provide focused leadership for the department as a whole.

The main duties of the Collection Team Manager will be to provide strategic direction to the team, set key business objectives for the team and provide leadership and guidance for the team.

You will be managing a team of 13 and therefore management experience is crucial. You will have a proven track record of working in credit control within property.
