An opportunity has arisen with a Top 50 accounting practice based in Uxbridge, for a Client Manager (Audit). You will report directly to Partner level and will be required to work independently and without direct supervision.

The various aspects of this role include technical competency, exceptional client handling skills, commercial and time management skills, as well as people management skills. You will be competent in planning, reviewing and finalisation of audit assignments, as well as corporate tax computations. You will be capable of managing a client portfolio with a recurring fee income up to £600K, ensuring a timely delivery of all services undertaken.

You will be expected to manage the workloads of staff to ensure that the department productivity targets are met. Your management skills will able you to suitably appraise and mentor staff. Addressing training and development requirements.

You will be positive and enthusiastic, be commercially aware and be able to identify potential areas of improvement and take the responsibility of making them happen. You will have gained a professional qualification (ACA/ACCA) with a relevant level of experience in all areas of the role having been achieved while working in an accounting practice environment.
