An experienced Senior Fund Accountant is needed to join this prestigious property investment company based in the City. As Senior Fund Accountant you will bring a positive contribution to the finance team and actively work to improve the finance functions.

For this role you will be able to demonstrate solid knowledge of UK tax laws. You will be preparing financial/management information for stakeholders and will be responsible for a portfolio of investments.

Additional responsibilities of the Senior Fund Accountant include preparing quarterly sub consolidations, reviewing management accounts and consolidated management accounts and managing all quarterly balance sheet reconciliations. You will also provide financial commentary, analysis, prepare statutory accounts, cash flow forecasts and assist surveyors with budget preparation.

You must be a qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA). It is essential you have solid property fund experience.
