This private bank requires a Team Leader to join the cash operations team and head up a team of seven people. In this autonomous Manager position you will have the chance to not only manage the team on a day-to-day basis, but also be integral to departmental and process improvement.

The department you will be heading up is responsible for a broad remit within cash operations and this includes, international and internal payments and receipts, foreign exchange and money market settlements, cheque book clearing, cash management and investigations. You will also be responsible for staff appraisals, performance management and recruitment.

To be successful in your application you must have proven management skills and have headed up a team of at least five employees. You must also have a cash operations background including foreign exchange settlements and payments with a working knowledge of Swift, Bacs and Chaps. This role will be based in Surrey.
