This firm is looking to add a further Corporate Finance Partner to their existing corporate finance team, based in Central London. You will work closely with senior corporate financiers within this corporate finance arm of a top practice firm focusing on transaction services.

As one of three Partners you will work with an existing Transaction Services Partner to originate new business, as well as manage and execute on all corporate finance transactions. The work will include pre-acquisition, due diligence for corporate and financial clients, valuations, reporting Accountant roles, pre-lending reviews and FSA regulated work.

Ideally you will have strong origination, management and execution skills in the above areas and ideally you will have a strong Top 20 practice background. In addition the right individual will be an FSA qualified corporate finance adviser.
