This is a stand alone role facing off to the front office, operations and outsourced business partner ensuring the service level agreement is professionally managed and all issues are dealt with in a timely and accurate manner. Using your knowledge of derivative operations - structured products/structured retails products would be a distinct advantage - and your excellent understanding of front to back processes, your will be working closely with the outsourced business partner and front office to ensure the business performs in the most effective and cost effective manner.
