Working from home 'a motivator for women'

Working from home is a fantastic motivational tool for women with children, it has been claimed.According to comments made by Karen Gill at business resource and support firm Everywoman, working from home is a good motivator for mothers in the workforce as it helps facilitate flexibility.
Possible professions where it may be possible to work from home include marketing jobs and accountancy jobs.
"One of the biggest motivators [is] the flexibility it gives you from a location and time perspective," said Ms Gill.
"Working from home is an enormous motivator for women with children, who still do the 'lion's share' of home and family care," she added.
In related news, it has been noted that over the next ten years, of the 1.3 million jobs thought to be created over this period, it is believed that women will account for one million of those new positions.
