Employers without disaster continuity plans risk businesses going under

Employees' jobs, including accountancy positions in London, could be at risk if bosses do not have continuity plans in place, according to recovery specialist R3.
Spokesperson Frances Coulson said disaster can come in many forms and businesses need to think about how they would cope if the worst happened.
She warned that insurance payouts for things such as fire and theft often come too late to keep a company afloat.
Ms Coulson advised: "Whatever contingencies you can think of, weigh up what the possible risk is and how far you can go to mitigate it or have a replacement ready."
Figures from Disaster Recovery Solutions reveal 20 per cent of all companies will experience some form of disaster such as fire, flood or storm damage.
Of those companies without a continuity plan, it claims 43 per cent will never re-open and 80 per cent will fail within 13 months.
It also states 53 per cent of claimants never recoup losses incurred in the wake of a disaster.
