Every candidate is invited to our offices where they are interviewed in person. Interviews are thorough. We gather key information on work histories, duties and responsibilities, qualifications, technical ability and understanding, availability and eligibility to work. In addition we identify candidates career goals including the type of role and sector that they are looking to work in.
We offer a comprehensive candidate testing service as part of your screening process in our computer testing and training facility. Testing is available for MS Office Applications, Lotus, WordPerfect, WordPro, Windows, Alphanumeric and numeric data entry, touch and audio typing.
Although not part of our standard service offering, we are also qualified to administer and interpret psychometric tests, should this be an area of interest for you.
